I-Green's tea tree oil is a blend of pure Australian tea tree oil, glycerin, and distilled water. As it is not advisable to use tea tree oil in its concentrated form on the skin, the oil is usually diluted with other ingredients to be ready for use. According to scientific research, 15% of tea tree oil in a blended solution should provide optimal efficacy on most treatments. I-Green tea tree oil stands out among the rest as it is blended with vegetable glycerin and RO (reversed osmosis) water instead of alcohol. Glycerin helps to enhance skin condition but alcohol can cause skin dryness as it absorbs moisture.
